They are held at least quarterly in each division.  Call the local community relations officer or chaplain listed. The San Fernando Valley composes the Valley Bureau with seven divisions, including: Devonshire, Foothill, Mission, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, West Valley, and Valley Traffic Division.
